This Privacy Policy explains how AQUARIO Co.,Ltd. (บจก. อะควาริโอ, "AQUARIO", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit aq1.co or contact us about our services (together, the "Service"). We handle personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

01Data we collect

• Information you give us — such as your name, phone number, LINE ID, email address, company and project details when you contact us or request a quote.
• Technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps, collected automatically by our hosting provider and any analytics tools.
• Local preferences — small settings (for example, display toggles) stored in your browser's local storage. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Our legal bases under the PDPA are performing a contract or taking steps at your request before entering one, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, compliance with law, and your consent where required.

The Service is not directed at children under 20 (the age of majority in Thailand), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data without parental consent.
