These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aq1.co and related pages (the "Site"), operated by AQUARIO Co.,Ltd. (บจก. อะควาริโอ, "AQUARIO", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01About the Site

The Site presents information about AQUARIO, our portfolio and our creative-technology services, including AI, blockchain and web development. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

02Client projects

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement, quotation or statement of work between you and AQUARIO. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, copy or redistribute Site content at scale without our permission;

The AQUARIO name, logo, design, text, graphics, animations and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to AQUARIO and protected by intellectual property laws. Portfolio items may belong to our clients and are shown with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, LINE or FastCourt). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AQUARIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
